How I almost lost my life

Diary Session (September 2nd 2020)

Let me tell you something…when I was consistent with my working out, I could jog for 15 minutes without needing to catch my breath. If I tell you what happened to me today…

I jogged and died! And it was only 5 minutes. Guys…I couldn’t breathe. I laid on the road and just stayed there. But it is alright. I look forward to my next run.

During the day, I thought to myself that my goal for the next 4 months is a bit low. Like really, all I want to do is lose some weight…Sometimes I sadden myself (LOL).

I am jacking the plan up and I will share the new plan with you tomorrow. Life is expansive, there is so much I could do and I plan to do what I can do.

I had several meetings today — and they were mostly nerve-racking. I pitched to a client — my first ever pitch for TypeWriters HQ (a business and content writing agency). I think the meeting went well. Of course, it could have been better. I haven’t heard back from them…so fingers crossed there.

I had a meeting with two other people who needed me to consult for them and I got those (YAYYYYYY).

My day was super busy. I am only waiting for the busy to translate to wealth (HEHE).

I would have to move these diary sessions to the morning after each day so that I can write well and calmly. Right now, my head is boiling and I need to rest but I gotta do this. Writing every day is part of the plan for the next four months (I cannot even count how many times I have failed at this).

I went out, kinda, with my friend, Nike. My last meeting was at a lounge and we had to wait a bit for the meeting...so I am counting that as going out. We liked the ambience and we didn’t buy anything. We hope to go back there. We talked a lot while we waited and I love that girl. It was fun. We’ve been having good talks and I am happy about it.

I just told Nike that I wrote about this experience and she said that I should mention that they bounced her (yeah, sadly). She had to wait for me while I went for my meeting and since we didn’t buy anything, they asked her to stand up for paying customers to sit.

I was asked for my CV today (LOL). I didn’t even know how to respond. I don’t think I have ever used my CV before. I remember someone I wanted to work for who dismissed looking at my CV because I told her I write. She said she knows it will be well-written and it might not be a true representation of my skills (smart woman).

Okay…Gotta go.
